Marketing:I have become widely known in the Coeur d’ Alene area for my marketing techniques. I believe a key factor to selling a home is advertisement. I am one of the only agents that has a full time marketing assistant that spends forty hours a week marketing my properties and finding properties for our buyers.  Her job consists primarily of marketing our properties in every way imaginable.  We advertise in print in the Homes & Land, Real Estate Book and the Coeur d’ Alene Press on a regular basis as well as other miscellaneous magazines that only come out once or twice a year.  Online advertisement is a huge part of marketing these days and we go all out! I have accounts with www.Realtor.comand the www.realestatebook.comin which all of my listings are shown with weekly featured homes, multiple pictures for each property, virtual tours, detailed descriptions, direct links to the CDA MLS plus much more. My assistant sends out weekly e-mails to all of the agents in the area with digital flyers of the property attached.  We spotlight out of state marketing on a monthly basis in areas such as Southern California and Arizona. On top of everything else, I myself market everything that comes my way.  My listings are always shown first and as a “street guy” I am consistently finding buyers and promoting my business.
                                                                                                                           
      

Selling: My reputation is for being a top listing agent for Century 21. Not only do I market my properties to the fullest, I can also close the deal. I strive to get my sellers the best deal for the property and close those deals FAST! On every showing, the agent is contacted by me to find out any feedback we may have. I then bring that to my sellers attention and figure out where to go from there. I work every day of the week to ensure my clients have an agent they can reach if an issue may arise. I look out for all of my clients and push offers and closings to get the deal done. Each property is stocked with everything including extensive advertisement, fast responses and quality customer service 
   

 
 
 
Buying: I personally make sure my buyers receive every bit of information you may need in order to make such a huge decision. I do the research to find every home in the area that meets the criteria you are looking for and work on finding everyway possible to bulldog a deal when the decision has been made.
